Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadsuite's ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") marketing CRM platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

1.3. User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Payment and Subscription

2.1. Subscription Plans: Access to the Service may be subject to subscription fees. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in the subscription plan selected by you.

3.2. License Grant: By using the Service, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service or any content accessed through the Service. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
